What is the starting price?

How does deferred payment work?
The deferred schedule allocates 50% during construction and 50% after completion. The latter can be paid over 1, 3 or 5 years, with interest. We will prepare the written schedule for your unit.
Does every home have a private pool?
Private rooftop pools belong to the penthouse formats. Other residences have access to the shared pools; selected ground-floor units offer direct pool access.
What do the areas include?
The total areas include indoor and outdoor space. For example, type 2B-1 totals 121 m²: 96 m² inside and 25 m² on the terrace. Penthouse totals also include rooftop areas and the pool.
Who develops Bayside?
Bayside is offered under Banyan Group Residences. The brochure names Phuket Grand Resort Limited as the legal developer. The Laguna Phuket resort has operated since 1987.
